Terms and Conditions of Service
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1 By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.
1.2 By using our services, you acknowledge that we may take photos or videos to highlight our work online. We will never include your address or any personal content, and our workers will be the only people in the content unless discussed prior.
2. Description of Services
2.1 Window Washing: Our window washing services encompass the cleaning of residential and commercial windows, including interior and exterior surfaces by choice of customer, using environmentally friendly cleaning products and professional equipment.
2.2 Lawn Care: Our comprehensive lawn care services include mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilization to ensure the health, vitality, and aesthetic appeal of your lawn.
2.3 Snow Removal: Our snow removal services involve the timely and efficient clearing of snow and ice from driveways, walkways, sidewalks, and parking areas.
2.4 Gutter Cleaning: Our gutter cleaning services include the removing of debris from gutters on the side of the house and running down the house towards the ground
2.5 Dog Waste Removal: Our dog waste removal service includes the removing of dog waste from the desired location the client has selected. These typically are private property yards, or public use yards.
2.6 Landscaping & Exterior Jobs: Our comprehensive services include landscaping design, mulching, planting, hardscaping, pressure washing, deck and patio installation, and more to enhance the beauty, functionality, and curb appeal of your property.
3. Scheduling
3.1 Booking Process: Customers can schedule services online through our website, or by contacting our customer service team via the Contact us Page or by emailing or calling us. Appointment availability may vary based on demand and seasonal conditions.
3.2 Scheduling Changes: We own the right to make changes to the scheduling of a service to fit into the workflow of our operation. These services will be completed no more than 7 days after the original scheduled date/time. We will email the customer a change of scheduling notice at least 5 hours before the original scheduled date/time.
3.3 Appointment Confirmation: Upon scheduling, customers will receive confirmation of their appointment via email or text message, including the date, time, and details of the service requested.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Pricing: Pricing for our services is provided upon request and may vary based on the size of the property, scope of work, and other factors.
4.2 Payment Methods: We accept payment via cash, check, venmo, or credit card (with a slight transaction fee).
4.3 Cancellation Policy: Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments up to the day prior of the scheduled service date without penalty. Cancellations made during the day of service (after 12 am) may be subject to a cancellation fee of $20
4.4 Invoicing: By scheduling a service and selecting the "I accept the terms and services” box, you have agreed to pay the invoice sent to you by the deadline date. Failure to do so will result in additional fees and/or legal action. The additional fee is 10% of the service fee added onto the bill for every two additional weeks of payment not being made.
5. Accounts
5.1 Account Creation: Customers may be required to create an account to schedule services and manage appointments. Account information must be kept confidential, and customers are responsible for any activity that occurs under their account.
6. Termination
6.1 We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation.
7. Governing Law
7.1 These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of The United States of America, and Nebraska without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8. Changes to Terms
8.1 We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
